Tax-deductible gifts make it possible for the Foundation to continue serving residents by funding needed projects, programs, and services.
The Good Samaritan Endowment Fund
Assists residents who can no longer afford the full cost of their care through no fault of their own.
Lakeview Village Educational Endowment Fund
Enhances employee education, skills, and certifications.
Catlett Scholarship Fund
Assists high school seniors who work at Lakeview with a one-time scholarship.
Chaplaincy Program
Provides a full-time chaplain, non-denominational Christian church services, grief support groups, and other chaplaincy programming.
Ridgeview Village Fund
Provides assistance to Lakeview Village’s low-income HUD senior living community, Ridgeview Village.
Memorial/Garden Fund
Given in honor or memory of a resident or business to be used in the Memorial Garden and/or for the Resident Garden Plot or Butterfly Garden.
Outdoor Funds
Assists with enhancements to outdoor trails, programming for outdoor activities, fire pits, putting green, and much more.
New Centerpointe Care Center
Assists with development and building of a new Centerpointe Care Center.
Other Funds
Designated to assist with programming, equipment, or other items needed by a specific department or program at Lakeview Village.
Unrestricted Funds
Assists with operation of the Foundation, to be designated by the Foundation and its 11-member board to assist with projects identified by the Lakeview Village President/CEO.
How you can help.
The Lakeview Village Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization and welcomes gifts of all sizes through methods including, but not limited to, qualified charitable distribution gifts (QCD’s) from an IRA, appreciated securities, mutual funds, and estate gifts.
