Lakeview’s 612 residences range in size from 432 to 1,850 square feet, in garden cottages, duplexes, villas, and high-rises, on our 96-acre campus. Entrance fees range from $84,000 for one person to nearly $350,000 for two people, depending on size of residence, location, and amenities. Wherever you live, whatever your fees, you have access to the best of Lakeview - the friendliness, the way of life, all activities, all social spaces, all dining rooms, - everything that makes Lakeview a great place to live and grow!

Garden Cottages

Come home to a friendly residential street with mature shade trees, personal flower gardens, and congenial neighbors. Garden cottages offer tremendous variety in floor plans and size, from cozy 588-square-foot one-bedroom options to spacious floor plans of 1,800-plus square feet. Every cottage residence has a deck or patio, plus its own basement storage space. Lakeview’s several Master Gardeners live in Garden Cottages to take advantage of the gardening options they offer (without having to cut the grass!). Hobbyists often choose Garden Cottages because of their basement areas. Most Garden Cottages have a one-car garage.

Base entrance fees range from $84,000 to over $300,000.

The Villas at Lakeview (Currently Under Construction)

The Villas at Lakeview are a growing feature within The Gardens, having two large, luxuriously equipped residences is each villa. Constructed by top custom homebuilder Don Julian, they offer:

Southridge

The newest high-rise at Lakeview Village, Southridge offers 102 spacious luxury apartments with views overlooking a small lake and/or a serene neighborhood. Handsome and inviting community spaces include our Sunroom, Game Room, Treetop Room, Fitness Room, Creative Expressions Craft Room, and outdoor terraces.

Specific Southridge features include smooth-top ranges, a washer/dryer in every apartment, walk-in showers, automatic closet lighting, and underground parking.

Northpointe

Northpointe, a luxury high-rise, overlooks Lakeview's larger lake. The reception area, dining room, poolroom, and exercise room all offer spectacular views. Enjoy an early morning walk around the lake, or fish for lunch from the gazebo. Northpointe residents enjoy spacious closets, walk-in showers, a large balcony, an enclosed garage, and large, beautiful entertainment and workout spaces.

Heritage Place

Heritage Place is the hub of activity at Lakeview Village and serves as the unofficial town hall for the entire community. Home to many resident services and conveniences, this residential apartment building is a great place for fellowship and provides an opportunity for under-one-roof living. A major renovation for every floor is underway and will be completed in 2007. The Community and Wellness Center will be directly adjacent.

Heritage Place residents value being at the nerve hub of the campus. They enjoy walk-in showers, efficient layouts, and updated kitchens and bathrooms. They can reserve a nearby carport.

Base entry fees range from approximately $85,000 (one person) to $170,000 (two people). Sizes range from 432 to 972 square feet.

Gardenview

Gardenview offers a quiet atmosphere and, as the name implies, provides wonderful views of Lakeview’s gardens and green house. Its close proximity to resident services and activities make it a popular address. Large community rooms on each floor welcome private get-togethers. GardenView residents enjoy, above all, “under-one-roof” conveniences to the campus center of Heritage Place, yet they also have the privacy and distance of a different building. This advantage will increase when the Community Center opens at the other end of Heritage Place in 2008. Residents can reserve a nearby carport if they wish.

Base entry fees range from approximately $108,000 (one person) to $193,000 (two people). Sizes range from 621 to 1,163 square feet.
