David Caffrey
President & CEO
Premier Bank
David is president and CEO of Premier Bank. He earned his
undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri and
graduate degrees from Rockhurst University and the University
of Colorado. He has served on the Lakeview board since 2002.
A native of Kansas City, David is the proud father of 4
sons and an avid community volunteer. |

Andy Huckaba
Owner
Huckaba & Associates, Finity Technologies, Inc.
Andy is the President of Huckaba & Associates, a management
consulting firm specializing in strategy, marketing and
technology. He also is founder and CEO of Finity Technologies,
Inc., a technology startup focusing on the advertising industry.
He was chairman of the Lenexa Chamber of Commerce in 2000,
served on the Lenexa Planning Commission in 2002, and joined
the Lakeview board in December 2003. In addition to his
duties at Lakeview, Andy is a member of the Theatre Council
for The Theatre in the Park, and is a Lenexa City Councilmember
representing Ward 4.

Mason Ormsby
Retired Pharmacist
Eli Lilly & Company
Mason Ormsby is a retired pharmacist and marketing person
for Eli Lilly & Co., where he was a Managed Care Account
Manager. He serves on the board of KEYS, Kansas Eastern
Youth Services, is a Rotarian, and has been an Elder and
Deacon for Village Presbyterian Church for more than 25
years. He enjoys spending time with grandchildren, as well
as golf, tennis, travel, and reading.

Richard M. Catlett
(Board service since 7/30/74; CEO since 11/1/90)
Richard Catlett has served as President and CEO of Lakeview
Village since 1990. After earning a BBA and MS in Management
from Baker University, he graduated from Rutgers Stonier Graduate
School of Banking. Richard has more than 30 years of experience
in banking and administrative positions, and has served
on numerous corporate and community boards. He has been
happily married for more than 40 years and has 3 grown children.
His special interests include socializing with Lakeview
residents, and golf.

Arthur Collins
Retired Director
Wyandotte/Leavenworth Area Agency on Aging
Arthur (Art) Collins is currently a Human Services and
Aging consultant and a Cultural Diversity trainer. He retired
from the position of Wyandotte County/Kansas City Kansas
Assistant County Administrator after serving as Executive
Director of the Wyandotte/Leavenworth Area Agency on Aging.
He has a Masters degree in Business and joined the Lakeview
Board of Directors in 2005. His chief hobbies include hiking,
softball, music, and reading. He is the proud grandfather
of two, and is equally proud to be associated with the fine
staff and board at Lakeview Village.

Kent Crippin
President
Development Research Corporation
Kent Crippin is president of Development Research Corporation,
a management consulting company. He has served on the Lakeview
board since January, 2005. His other public service has
included serving as mayor and city councilman of Leawood,
KS; president of the League of Kansas Municipalities and
chair of the Johnson County Council of Mayors; board member
and secretary of the Shawnee Mission Medical Center Foundation;
trustee of the Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Kansas
City in Kansas; trustee of Notre Dame de Sion Schools of
Kansas City; and chair of the Kansas City District Council
of the Urban Land Institute.
Kent considers Lakeview’s client care and facilities
to be its greatest strengths. His strongest personal interests
include his family and golfing. |

Craig Denny, Ph.D, P.E.
Senior Principal Engineer
Terracon Consultants, Inc.
Craig Denny is Senior Principal Engineer at Terracon Consultants, Inc., a
national engineering firm. He He began his career at Terracon in Cedar Rapids,
Iowa in 1973. Craig moved to Lenexa in 1985. He is a licensed engineer in 5
states, a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers and a member of the
National Society of Professional Engineers.
Craig has served on the Lakeview Board since January 2008. His other
public service has included serving as Chairman of the Lenexa Chamber of
Commerce and Chairman of the Lenexa Parks and Recreation Board. Craig was
elected to the Shawnee Mission Board of Education in 1997 and served as
Vice-President once and President 3 times.
Craig is married to Terry and they have three grown daughters and one grandson.
His personal interests include woodworking, college sports, travel and grandson,
Hayden. Craig feels that Lakeview is the place to be because of the wide array of
amenities and activities available to seniors with varied interests and abilities.

Irene French
Retired Mayor
Merriam, Kansas
Irene was Mayor for the City of Merriam from 1981 to 2002.
She has served as Interim President/CEO of the Northeast
Johnson County Chamber of Commerce. She works with the Kansas
City Area Transportation Authority, contributes time at
the Volunteer Center of Johnson County, and belongs to Rotary.
Her greatest commitment is promoting good government; other
important interests include church, family, and friends.

Louis Gehring
Executive Director
Shawnee Mission Medical Center Foundation
Louis (Lou) Gehring is Executive Director of the Foundation
for Shawnee Mission Medical Center. Having joined Lakeview
in 2002, he currently serves as chair of the Lakeview Board
of Directors and is a trustee on its Foundation Board. He
is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and has a Master
of Music degree from Southern Methodist University. Lou
is proud to be associated with the fine staff and board
at Lakeview. His hobbies include bicycling, rock climbing,
mountaineering, music, and family.

Katherine Ann Haggard, Esq
Katherine Haggard was born and raised in Overland Park, Kansas.
She received a psychology degree from Kansas State University and
a Juris Doctorate degree from UMKC.
Katherine is licensed to practice law in both Kansas & Missouri, and
has a general practice with an emphasis in estate planning. She
enjoys her work with seniors the most.
She has always wanted to serve on the Lakeview’s Board and has done so
since 2004. She also serves on the Executive Committee of the World
Convention Churches of Christ and on the Board of Jamaica Partners, a
nonprofit that provides medical and educational support to organizations
in Jamaica. She is a member of PEO (Women’s Philanthropic Educational
Organization).
Katherine’s paternal grandparents lived at Lakeview and currently her
parents reside there also. She considers her parents two of the most
incredible people she knows, and one of the biggest blessings in her life.
She and her husband, Joe Perry, live in Leawood with their two daughters,
Olivia and Ella, and the family sheltie. They enjoy traveling, reading,
and spending time with their extended family. In their busy lives, both
their aging parents and young children often remind them to pause and enjoy
the blessings each day can bring. |

Stuart Holland
Director
Christian Formation at Holy Trinity Catholic Church
Lenexa, KS
Stuart Holland is Director of Christian Formation at Holy
Trinity Catholic Church. He has a BA in Pastoral Ministry
and has served on the Lakeview Board since 2005. His special
interests include spending time with his wife of more than
30 years and his 2 grandsons, Scripture study, music, and
golf. Stuart considers Lakeview’s greatest strength
to be its staff, and their desire to do what is best for
the residents.

Tedrick Housh
Lawyer
Lathrop & Gage L.C.
Tedrick Housh, JD, is an attorney with Lathrop & Gage
LC specializing in Labor and Employment Law. Active in community
leadership since his Peace Corps service in the Democratic
Republic of the Congo, Tedrick has chaired Johnson County
Public Policy Council and the Lenexa Chamber of Commerce,
and served on the Executive Committee of the Regional Transit
Alliance. He is a graduate of Leadership Kansas, Kansas City
Tomorrow, and Leadership Lenexa.
Tedrick and his wife have five children, with whom he shares
his hobbies of reading and sports. The family belongs to
Village Presbyterian Church.
Of his Board participation at Lakeview, Tedrick says, “I
envision that Lakeview Village will continue to set the
standard for Continuing Care Retirement Communities in our
region, and expand its services to new residents as opportunities
present. Lakeview’s legacy of caring and trust amongst
its staff and residents is its greatest strength and a source
of immense pride.” |

Karen Lampe
Minister
United Methodist Church of the Resurrection
Rev. Karen Lampe is a Pastor of Counseling Ministries at
the United Methodist Church of the Resurrection in Leawood.
She joined the Lakeview board in 2003.
Karen received her undergraduate degree from the University
of Kansas, and a Master of Divinity from Saint Paul School
of Theology. Karen has spent much of her adult life in healing
ministries, and was a physical therapist before she went
into ordained ministry. She believes that health and wholeness
are multi-faceted.
Karen was born and raised in western Kansas on a farm. She
and her husband have three children and one grandchild.
