Benefits
Lakeview offers each full-time employee the following
benefits:
Insurance - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life,
and Supplemental Insurance products such as Long-Term Disability,
Short-Term Disability, Cancer Plan, Accident Plan, and Intensive
Care Plan. Coverage for these benefits begins the first of the
month following three months of full time service.
403 (b) - Enrollment available each January
and July. After one full year of service (with 1000 hours or more),
Lakeview will offer a company match of 100% for the first 3% and
50% of the next 2%.
Holidays - Lakeview provides 6 (six) paid holidays
per year. Those days include: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence
Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Paid Time Off (PTO) - Full-time employees
will begin to accrue PTO effective immediately. Employees will
be able to use their accrued PTO after 6 (six) months of full-time
service.
Lakeview offers each part-time employee the following
benefits:
Holidays - Part-time employees are paid 1 1/2
times their salary when they work on one of the 6 (six) Lakeview
holidays. Those days include: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence
Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Paid Time Off (PTO) - Part-time employees
will begin to accrue PTO effective immediately. Employees will
be able to use their accrued PTO after 6 (six) months of part-time
service.

(Our benefits package is available to full-time employees who
are scheduled to work 64 hours or more every two weeks. Part-time
employees are offered an amended version of our benefits package.)
