Accreditation
Lakeview
is accredited by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission,
the only organization in the U. S. that verifies the caliber of
healthcare services, quality of resident life, financial stability,
governance, and administrative soundness of Continuing Care Retirement
Communities (CCRCs) and health care organizations. We are proud
to be among the 600 accredited retirement communities of more
than 3100 in the country.

Faith-Based Identity
Lakeview welcomes people of all faiths. Our Sunday morning chapel
service typically includes representatives of 35 – 40 different
denominations. Our full-time chaplain lives on campus, to serve
our residents whenever needed. Lakeview proudly offers a lay chaplaincy
program, including training of residents to serve in this capacity.

Project Teams and
Resident Input
Lakeview
functions as a partnership among residents, administration, and
staff. For instance, we are constantly undertaking new projects,
such as innovative apartments for people needing assisted living
and SummerFest, an all-campus celebration new in 2006. Virtually
all of these require a project team, and virtually every project
team includes residents. Residents play a crucial role in implementation
of projects as well, through their skillful and dedicated volunteer
commitments.

Diversity of Economic Standing
Lakeview
strongly believes that the more diverse our residents, the more
interesting our community. Consequently, we offer a wide range
of residence sizes (432 to 1850 sq. ft.), entrance fees ($84,000
to approximately $370,000), and monthly fees (approximately $1,200
for one person to $3,700 for a couple).
Whatever the size or location of your residence, you
have access to EVERYTHING Lakeview has to offer!
We are a Fair Housing community and do not discriminate on the
basis of race, religion, creed, color, gender, ancestry, or national
origin.
